About the position

As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in managing the service stalls at our dealership, ensuring vehicles are moved efficiently in and out of the shop. This position requires a responsible and reliable individual with a valid driver's license and a positive attitude, who can provide excellent customer service while maintaining the dealership's display standards.

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles in and out of the shop.
• Pick up customer vehicles and manage service stalls.
• Uphold car dealership display standards.
• Handle customer service requests in the showroom and service areas.
• Drive customers to their home or work as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission.
• Previous experience in valet parking or similar roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in dealership operations or delivery driving is a plus.
