About the position
The Service Producer is responsible for leading the worship service production team to create high-energy, seamless, and distraction-free worship services that honor God. This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Leader of Creative Arts and requires a detail-oriented individual who understands the various roles within the service production team. The primary focus is on producing Sunday morning worship services while supporting the Worship Arts Directors and team in completing projects and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with the Production Team, Worship Team, and Speakers to ensure a holistic service experience.
- Manage the Creative Arts team's use of Planning Center, including service notes, file attachments, and invitations.
- Lead production meetings on Sunday mornings and print camera cues and service orders for the team.
- Give direction and cues for A/V/L aspects to enhance service flow and online campus experience.
- Assist the Tech Director in onboarding new tech volunteers as needed.
- Train and assign Core Team members for stage setup and reset tasks.
- Attend weekly production run-through meetings and mid-week rehearsals.
- Ensure all weekly service elements are communicated across all campuses.
- Develop a team of Core Team leaders to teach and shepherd new producers at regional campuses.
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting, training, and leading volunteers.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to give direction to service personnel for a distraction-free experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- People-oriented with good listening skills.
