About the position

The Services Product Marketing Manager (PMM) at KLA is responsible for optimizing service-related business activities across the product lifecycle. This role involves establishing service strategies, driving revenue targets, and ensuring maximum value and productivity for KLA's products. The PMM collaborates with various teams, including product divisions and field service organizations, to enhance service offerings and address customer needs effectively.

Responsibilities

• Establish and communicate comprehensive service strategies for each product line.
• Drive activity across numerous functional groups within Services, regions, and product divisions.
• Establish revenue targets and plans to meet those targets.
• Participate in design reviews and develop requirements for design-for-service.
• Lead execution of service revenue plans and make course corrections as needed.
• Establish service programs, pricing, and revenue targets for newly introduced products.
• Develop collateral to support pricing and service value with customers.
• Define enhanced service offerings, including multi-tool fleet management and data analytics.
• Drive cross-functional programs for product improvements and monitor cost of service.
• Research competitive product and service offerings to position KLA solutions effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or greater; advanced degree preferred.
• MBA and/or business/marketing education is a plus.
• Extensive industrial experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Established track record of business ownership in sales or marketing role.
• Experience with direct end-customer interaction.
• International business experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills and ability to conduct effective presentations under pressure.
• Analytical skills to draw business conclusions from complex datasets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
• Well-organized with attention to detail.
