Responsibilities

• Cultivate strong relationships with advisors, their teams, and clients, serving as the primary contact for guidance and support.
• Provide expert, service-oriented support for Cetera web portals and systems, ensuring seamless navigation and issue resolution.
• Facilitate new account openings and troubleshoot issues on the Advice Works platform.
• Uphold high standards in call handling, quality assurance, and schedule adherence.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial industry or banking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage professionally with diverse audiences.
• Flexible and adaptable, thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a readiness to embrace change and new challenges.
• Builds rapport, shows genuine concern, and provides outstanding customer service, even when delivering challenging messages.
