About the position

The Service Representative at Sofive Soccer Centers serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service and administrative support. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales while upholding the company's values and culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and hospitality during all operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with all Sofive staff members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Handle inquiries and bookings using computerized systems, adhering to cash and stock reconciliation procedures.
• Uphold the Sofive aesthetic, atmosphere, and culture.
• Maintain product knowledge for all soccer and retail operations.
• Provide administrative and clerical support for the management team, including word processing, coordinating reception paperwork, and database maintenance.
• Perform other duties as necessary, compatible with the position's nature.
