About the position

The Service Sales Account Executive at Facility Systems Services LLC is responsible for local sales of commercial HVAC service contracts. This role combines business development and account management, focusing on renewing contracts with existing clients while also pursuing new business opportunities in the construction and MEP sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing accounts to ensure contract renewals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial HVAC service market.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements

  • 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the construction or MEP space.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems and services.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in business development and account management.
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC service contracts.
