About the position

The CLEAR Service and Sales Representative (Ambassador) plays a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by ensuring security and providing exceptional service to members and travelers. This position involves engaging with customers to drive membership enrollments and adhering to security protocols while maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to security procedures by validating airline documents and verifying CLEAR member traveler identification.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members, potential customers, and general travelers.
• Drive membership enrollments by engaging travelers and selling them the benefits of CLEAR.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Open availability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Completion of airport badging or government screening process, including a drug test.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous customer service and/or sales experience is a plus.
