About the position

The Service Sales Representative at Konecranes is responsible for selling products and services to an existing customer base, focusing on improving safety and productivity. This role involves meeting sales targets for various lifting equipment and requires strong organizational and communication skills to manage service department workloads and engage with customers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Sell products and services to existing customers to improve safety and productivity.
  • Meet assigned sales targets for lifting equipment including repairs, retrofits, hoists, spare parts, and consultation services.
  • Monitor the workload of the service department to ensure all open time slots are filled with sold work.
  • Prepare price estimates for service work using established tools and guidelines.
  • Engage in various sales activities to develop new accounts and meet sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Sales background with experience in service sales or related field.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage service department workload.
  • Excellent communication skills for customer engagement.
