Responsibilities

  • Prepare tailored service quotes and proposals that align with client needs and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to secure contracts and close deals.
  • Document sales activities, client interactions, and progress in CRM software.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and exceed customer expectations.
  • Meet and exceed both individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in a service-based industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, adaptable to changing market dynamics, with a team player attitude.
  • Experience using CRM tools for lead management and sales tracking.
