About the position

The position involves managing modernization and service sales orders, including processing emails, quotes, and invoicing. The role requires coordination with various teams to ensure efficient order handling and support for service marketing initiatives. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining client data and assisting with business development efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Management of modernization orders and service sales type orders including emails, quotes, order processing, confirmation tracking and invoicing.
  • Return for repairs Management - Issuance of RGAs for inspections and possible rebuild/repair.
  • Preparation of quotes for rebuilds/repair and management of parts, labor and invoicing for all rebuilds/repair after receipt of Purchase Order.
  • Creation and issuance of Recommended Spare Parts Lists.
  • Management of Service Job orders for Billing.
  • Management of high-priority and complex rebuild projects, including working directly with GEA sites & customers, creation of quotes and orders, delivery updates, manage deadlines and coordination of parts delivery with installation, invoicing and returns orders.
  • Support Field Service team with RFQ's and warranty requests.
  • Support the Service marketing efforts and service sales initiatives.
  • Maintaining the install base information within the CRM System when required.
  • Support the Business Development initiatives such as reporting, CRM and BI system updates if needed.
  • Support to Finances team, with research on the collecting efforts for open invoicing, current or old, from sales orders generated by Service Sales team.
  • Set up and update client master data as needed.
  • Support Sales Management with back-office duties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or technical degree in Business administration or 2-4 years of experience in order handling or inside sales related fields.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) is required.
  • Knowledge of SAP and CRM is preferred.
  • Able to change-task on regular basis and work under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed team environment.
  • Computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new software.
