About the position

Cintas is seeking a Service Supervisor - First Aid and Safety to lead the customer-facing service team, ensuring high-quality service and product delivery. This middle-management role involves supervising the service team, maintaining customer relationships, and driving operational efficiency while overseeing various service department areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the service team providing customer service, sales, and product delivery.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate the service team to ensure high customer service standards.
• Drive a company-owned vehicle to customer sites and assist the service team with physical tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and handle contract renewals.
• Increase internal sales and maintain an efficient route structure and driver compliance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active driver's license.
