Fajita Pete's is seeking enthusiastic Service Team Members to join their team in Wilmette, IL. This part-time position focuses on customer service, including greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring order accuracy. Team members will participate in a tip pool, enhancing their earning potential, and enjoy a flexible schedule with no late nights or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take their orders over the phone and in-person.
• Assist with assembling orders and ensure order accuracy.
• Serve customers kindly and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in the front of house (FOH) and restroom areas.
• Lift items up to 50lbs on occasion.
• Develop and maintain a high ticket average through up-selling.
• Satisfy guest complaints promptly and politely.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
