As a Service Tech Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the spring opening and winter closing services of pool equipment. This includes the installation and removal of safety and winter covers, as well as assisting the technician with cleaning, folding, and storing covers at the customer's property. You will report directly to the service technician assigned to you for the day, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of customer service. In this role, you will be expected to maintain professional and ethical conduct at all times, demonstrating sound verbal and written communication abilities. Your appearance must be well-groomed, and you must understand and comply with all company directives and policies, including safe driving and workplace habits.
