About The Position

Brock Cabinets is seeking a Level I Service Technician to assist experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabinets. This role focuses on ensuring that cabinets are both functional and visually appealing, contributing to customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for quality service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver's License with no DUI/DWI.
• Knowledge of cabinet construction, materials, and installation techniques.
• Ability to safely lift 50+ pounds.
• Work efficiently as a team or independently.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements and installations.
• Effective communication skills including reading, writing, and active listening.
• Problem-solving skills in the field to complete tasks promptly.
• Quality customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of cabinets.
• Transport and unload cabinet materials and tools at job sites.
• Learn to diagnose and repair basic cabinet issues such as loose hinges, minor scratches, or damaged hardware.
• Properly use hand and power tools commonly used for cabinet installation and repair.
• Take measurements and make cuts as needed to ensure accuracy in cabinet dimensions.
