The Service Technician role at MH Equipment Company involves diagnosing and repairing various systems in lift trucks and other material handling equipment. Technicians will receive training through the MH Technician Academy, which covers everything from basic engine repairs to advanced computer diagnostics. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair lift trucks and other identified products.
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Follow and promote safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Knowledge of engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, fuel systems, and/or charging systems.
- Must have own tools; tool purchase assistance provided.
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Present a professional image in appearance and preparation.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in automotive repair (3 years preferred).
- Experience in hydraulics (1 year preferred).
- Experience with fuel, charging, and electrical systems (1 year preferred).
