About the position
As a Service Technician at Cortland, you will play a crucial role in ensuring resident satisfaction by providing best-in-class service and performing basic maintenance tasks within the community. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with up to one year of experience in service technician roles, focusing on hands-on maintenance and repair work.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry, plumbing, and/or electrical repairs.
- Maintain grounds including trash pick-up.
- Complete turnovers/make-readies of vacant units.
- Assist with resident functions and other duties as requested by your supervisor.
Requirements
- CPR Certification
- 1 year of service technician experience
