As a Service Technician II at Prime Residential, you will play a vital role in the upkeep and maintenance of our community, ensuring that our residents enjoy a safe and aesthetically pleasing living environment. This position is essential for completing resident and community maintenance requests promptly and preparing vacant apartments for new occupants. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the community, which directly impacts the first impressions of both residents and prospective tenants. You will be expected to uphold Prime's standards of excellence in all aspects of your work. In this role, you will be technically proficient in various aspects of residential property maintenance, including but not limited to appliance repair, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and performing routine maintenance on a wide range of equipment and facilities, ensuring that everything is in optimal working condition. Additionally, you will conduct inspections, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of service requests and preventative maintenance through our mobile facilities application. Your ability to respond to resident inquiries and service requests with professionalism and efficiency will be crucial. You will also be expected to maintain the community grounds, ensuring they are clean and free of unsafe conditions. This position requires a detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership of their work and possesses strong decision-making skills.
