Service Technicians are essential in preparing apartments for new residents and maintaining HVAC systems, while also being part of a supportive team that values growth and communication.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance repairs including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare apartments for move-in and complete renovation tasks.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to keep property systems in top condition.
- Maintain property grounds to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Provide reliable and friendly service to residents, contributing to their satisfaction and lease renewals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a property management environment.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician is strongly preferred.
- Valid EPA (HVAC) 1 & 2 Certification or Universal Certification is strongly preferred.
- Technical aptitude and ability to perform maintenance tasks effectively.
- Ability to work weekends and be on-call as needed.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, or garden-style real estate assets.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a clutter-free work environment.
