About the position
The Service Technician III position at General Services Corporation involves providing maintenance and repair services for apartment communities. The role emphasizes customer service, technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, and general maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities
- Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary
- Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
- Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
- EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
- HVAC installation experience
- HVAC troubleshooting experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift 100 lbs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years of age or older
