About The Position

The Service Technician III role at Hobart Service involves providing high-quality service solutions for commercial food equipment. Technicians will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain various types of equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting productivity goals. This position requires a blend of mechanical and electrical skills, with a focus on customer service and independent work at various sites.

Requirements

• Accredited High School Diploma or GED.
• 4-6 years of similar electrical/mechanical experience.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive multiple hours daily.
• Ability to work overtime and be on-call as required.
• Willingness to attend training at corporate headquarters in Troy, OH.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial food equipment including cooking, food preparation, ware washers, weigh wrap, baking, and refrigeration.
• Work independently at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Meet or surpass weekly productivity and customer-oriented goals.
• Provide high levels of customer service during all interactions.
