About the position
The Service Technician at Suits Homes Inc. is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with modular homes by performing various repairs and maintenance tasks. This role requires proficiency in handyman skills and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform drywall repairs
- Conduct plumbing repairs
- Execute minor electrical repairs
- Handle molding and trim work
- Adjust doors, windows, and cabinets
- Process parts request forms to complete jobs
- Complete paperwork for invoicing services performed
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working order
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in at least one of the building trades
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Strong customer relation skills
- Reliable and dependable work history
- Ability to work well in a team environment or alone
- Basic carpentry skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 100 lbs)
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen
