Responsibilities

• Perform a range of HVACR servicing jobs for industrial, commercial, and residential customers.
• Serve as a member of ad hoc Service Department teams to conduct HVACR service jobs efficiently.
• Perform supervised and unsupervised basic HVACR service support activities, such as changing filters and stocking parts.
• Assist Service Technicians or Senior Service Technicians in more complex tasks.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance checks and simple troubleshooting under supervision.
• Support the IAQ and Installation Departments as assigned.
• Perform related trainee/helper duties as directed by the Service Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Enrolled in or a graduate of a post-secondary formal HVACR program.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift and carry a 100 lb. load and work under various weather conditions.
• Interest in developing HVACR skills through training and self-study.
• Hold a current operator's license and be insurable by the company insurance carrier.
