About the position

Helios Service Partners has partnered with ForgeNow to provide the opportunity for a life-changing career and training at no upfront cost (up to a $9,800 value)! Team members will complete an online training course and a 4-week in-person training course in Dallas, TX that result in a full-time job and long-term career as a Helios HVAC Service Technician upon successful completion. Covered costs include course tuition, travel, lodging, and TRAINING PAY!

Responsibilities

• Complete an online training course
• Participate in a 4-week in-person training course in Dallas, TX
• Perform basic service calls as a light commercial HVAC/R technician upon completion
• Maintain professionalism and integrity
• Demonstrate safe practices

Requirements

• Dedication to 4 weeks of training in a fast-paced learning environment
• Availability for training Monday-Friday from 9-5 CST with weekends off
• Minimum of 6 months HVAC service experience
• EPA certification
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass background check and drug screen

Nice-to-haves

• Completed a Residential HVAC Training program previously and now looking to transition into Commercial HVACR
• Driven, eager to learn, coachable, and self-starter
