The Service Technician at Window Gang is responsible for delivering high-quality window and exterior cleaning services while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Completing exterior cleaning projects such as window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and more
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Planning and managing workflow on the job site, ensuring timely completion
• Communicating effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service
• Working as a team to complete tasks in the most efficient manner
• Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks
• Ability to mix the right chemicals to perform the projects
• Invoicing and payment completion for every job
• Selling further services to customers
• Owning marketing around each job site
• Driving the vehicle to and from each job
• Cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of the vehicle
• Representing Window Gang in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

Requirements

• 1+ years of labor or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems
• Courteous, friendly personality and committed to great customer service
• A strong work ethic, highly dependable, and able to self-manage
• Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), in the summer sun and cold winters, and handling tools
• Comfortable working on/with ladders up to 3 stories
• A driver's license is required with a good driving record
• Willing and able to work weekends
