About the position

The Service Technician role at DISH involves delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to customers, ensuring a world-class customer experience. Technicians are trained to educate and connect customers with smart home possibilities, representing DISH in their homes and contributing to the company's reputation for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Represent DISH in customers' homes daily.
• Educate homeowners on smart home possibilities.
• Deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to customers.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience during installations.

Requirements

• Aptitude to build rapport quickly with clients.
• Ability to stand on a high ladder (up to 40 feet) for long periods.
• Ability to lift over 70 lbs and meet weight limit requirements of 335 lbs.
• Ability to crawl into small spaces and work in varying climates.
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards.
