Service Valet / Technician Apprentice - Porsche Henderson

About the position

The Service Valet / Technician Apprentice position at Gaudin Porsche of Las Vegas is designed for individuals passionate about cars and aspiring to become Porsche Technicians. This entry-level role involves assisting with customer service on the service drive, managing vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks. The apprentice will work closely with Service Consultants and Shop Foremen to learn the necessary skills for quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet Service Guests and direct them to a Service Consultant.
• Track, log, and photograph Guest vehicles and check in and out Dealer Mobility units.
• Work alongside Service Consultants / Shop Foremen to learn quality Guest services on the Service Drive.
• Deliver customer cars to the service work area and return them to the service drive when instructed.
• Assist with Guest vehicle pick up and deliveries when needed.
• Perform oil top-offs, tire pressure checks, and other updates needed to service vehicles.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the workshop and remove items for disposal.
• Operate all tools and equipment safely.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to drive a manual gear box.
• Entry-level position requiring under 1 year of experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• One year certificate from college or technical school.
• Related experience or training in automotive service.
