About the position

The Service Worker at Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) plays a crucial role in providing essential support within the integrated behavioral healthcare agency. This position involves preparing and serving meals for patients, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the facility, and traveling between different locations as needed to ensure coverage. The role is vital in supporting individuals experiencing crises, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness, contributing to the overall mission of CBI to improve the quality of life for its patients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve meals for patients at the assigned facility.
• Ensure all rooms at the facility are clean and orderly.
• Travel between facilities as needed to provide coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-6 months experience in Food Service or Housekeeping preferred.
• Current AZ Driver's License (valid and in good standing) required.
• Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
• AZ Food Handlers card required.
• Level 1 Fingerprint Card required for specific programs.
