Responsibilities

- Help identify mechanical problems by questioning customers or conducting visual inspections or road tests.
- Confer with customers about inspection results and recommend corrective procedures.
- Prepare work orders showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service.
- Write brief descriptions of problems on repair orders to assist mechanics.
- Explain work performed and charges to customers.
- Handle customer concerns effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 4 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Experience with CRM software and Salesforce.
- Strong analysis skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Technical sales experience.
