The Service Writer at Lawrence Companies, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the CASE team, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and excellent service. This position involves administrative support, managing invoices and stock numbers, and fostering positive relationships with both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update work orders promptly and accurately.
  • Input and manage stock numbers for all locations.
  • Process warranty payments and administer Product Improvement Programs (PIPs).
  • Maintain and modify the PIP list as needed.
  • Handle OEM warranty administration tasks.
  • Post checks and deposits to accounts.
  • Track and bill for fuel usage, equipment rentals, and company vehicle service intervals.
  • Process paperwork related to equipment sales efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person, maintaining a professional demeanor.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage projects, and meet deadlines with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
