About the position

The ServiceNow Developer position involves working under the ITSM Program Service Manager to handle complex aspects of the ServiceNow systems development cycle. This includes requirements analysis, system design, project planning, application development, testing, and user training, ensuring effective implementation and administration of the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and structured systems analysis for ServiceNow.
• Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
• Plan and manage projects related to ServiceNow development and implementation.
• Configure and develop applications on the ServiceNow platform.
• Test applications and manage the conversion to production status.
• Create technical and procedural documentation for ServiceNow applications.
• Provide user training and support post-implementation.
• Assess and administer the ServiceNow platform after implementation.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on IT Service Management and IT Operations Management processes.
• Five (5) years of experience with Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and scripted APIs.
• Experience with web technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP, WSDL, and JAXWS.
• Knowledge of integration techniques for ServiceNow with third-party systems.
• Familiarity with technical components like LDAP, VPN, SSL, and SAML/SSO.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM & ITBM core modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification.
