About the position
The ServiceNow Developer position at CEI involves designing and developing ServiceNow applications to enhance customer service and improve business processes. The role focuses on core system configuration and requires gathering and documenting user and process requirements while developing workflow customizations to support the Service Transformation teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications to optimize customer service and streamline business processes.
- Responsible for core system configuration.
- Gathering and documenting user and process requirements.
- Developing workflow customizations, and supporting the Service Transformation teams.
Requirements
- Understanding of ServiceNow functionality and ITIL processes implementation in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow Developer and/or Administrator certifications are preferred but not required.
