About the position

The ServiceNow Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, capable of aligning technical solutions with business objectives and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design ServiceNow modules for Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop customized solutions tailored to business needs.
• Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of the ServiceNow platform to enhance workflows and processes.
• Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with existing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Provide expert guidance on scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions while adhering to industry standards.
• Conduct training sessions and deliver ongoing support for stakeholders and end-users to maximize adoption.
• Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and implement enhancements to drive process improvements.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform implementation and customization.
• In-depth knowledge of Vulnerability Management, SecOps, and Change Management modules.
• Strong understanding of IT workflows, best practices, and systems integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Washington, DC, with partial remote flexibility.
