As a Healthcare Services Sales Executive for our Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for leading, planning, management, and execution of all Professional Services business development activities with a focus on Healthcare Supply Chain Management solutions. This role is pivotal within the Workday Field Services team, where you will collaborate closely with Workday Account Executives to drive Workday Subscription sales specifically in the Healthcare market segment. Your expertise in consulting sales and project delivery will be essential in helping prospects formulate a successful project plan that encompasses resources, timelines, and costs. You will utilize effective selling strategies to position Workday's SaaS Solutions and Platform technologies as the modern and efficient alternative in the market, while also being a professional in Workday's innovative deployment methodology. In this role, you will need to understand the competitive landscape and the needs of prospects to effectively communicate the value of Workday's innovative deployment methodology and Professional Services. You will present an overview of Workday Customer Services and conduct services discovery sessions to identify client needs. Building and validating Professional Services Proposals and high-level Project Plans will be a key responsibility, as will cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with Workday Service Partners. You will also assess the training needs of project teams for both prospects and customers, ensuring that all project-related data, including prospect, pipeline, and service forecasts, is maintained accurately and in a timely manner. Your role will also involve leading, negotiating, and closing Professional Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and other contractual documentation. You will provide support for various services activities and events, effectively conveying the benefits of a SaaS architecture to all levels of the enterprise. This position requires a proactive approach and a passion for driving sales cycles while ensuring customer satisfaction and success in their deployment projects.
