About the position
The position focuses on ensuring customer success and growth in the post-sales lifecycle through various functions such as training, technical support, renewals, and customer advocacy, particularly with a digital emphasis. The role requires adherence to established operational frameworks and involves direct supervision, emphasizing the importance of quality work and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Leverage industry experience and technical knowledge to deliver predictive analytics and monitoring solutions to assigned customer accounts.
- Develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between the customer and the company.
- Resolve issues using established procedures and consult with supervisors for issues outside defined parameters.
- Collaborate with team members to solve customer-related issues.
- Exchange technical information with customers, ensuring understanding and clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Energy Technologies, Operations, or Computer Science from an accredited institution, or an Associate's Degree with 2 years of technical experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of technical experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively as a team player.
