This includes direct interactions with service providers and indirect interactions through Service Support. Regular oversight of service quality issues is essential, which involves conducting site inspections, holding service provider meetings, and reviewing customer satisfaction metrics to ensure compliance with Lowe's quality standards. Additionally, the position supports Installed Sales performance by identifying training and talent gaps, developing action plans in collaboration with the Store Leadership team, and engaging in role-playing exercises with PSEs to enhance selling behaviors. Feedback is provided to Store Leadership with specific action plans aimed at improving performance. The role also entails obtaining and holding necessary licenses on behalf of Lowe's, driving compliance with all company policies and procedures related to permits, lead-safe processes, and regulatory requirements throughout the installation lifecycle. The installation project quote process is overseen for accuracy, ensuring it aligns with customer product selections, independent provider measurements, permit requirements, and environmental assessments. Furthermore, the execution by PSEs is reviewed for compliance with Lowe's policies, particularly concerning lead-safe practices and contracts.
