About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that each dining experience is memorable, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly demeanor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with food service operations, including cash register usage and cash handling practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
• Experience in upselling or sales techniques is a plus, particularly in a nightclub or high-energy environment.
• A background in hospitality will be advantageous for creating an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system.
• Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding to requests effectively.
