The San Francisco office of Paul Hastings is seeking a junior or midlevel Corporate associate to join their Global Fintech and Payment Systems practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist clients in developing innovative financial services and products, negotiate financial services agreements, and handle licensing and enforcement matters in the financial services sector. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Financial services regulatory experience, preferably in Fintech or Banking context.
• Experience with NMLS, consumer finance, payments, or consumer protection preferred.
