About the position

As a Product Owner at Concentrix, you will play a pivotal role in our Concentrix Catalyst team, which is at the forefront of experience design and engineering capabilities. This position is integral to our mission of reimagining customer experience (CX) through a blend of human-centered design, powerful data, and advanced technology. You will be responsible for organizing work for our scrum team, ensuring that we deliver products that align with our vision and meet the needs of our clients. Your role will involve gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints to ensure that our product development process is efficient and effective. In this role, you will incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap, groom and prioritize the backlog, and develop user stories while defining acceptance criteria. Setting sprint goals and writing acceptance tests will be key responsibilities, as will planning releases and upgrades. You will also follow the progress of work and address any production issues that arise during sprints. Analyzing the preferences and requests of end-users will be crucial in refining our Agile methodology based on results and client feedback. Additionally, you will keep track of industry trends to ensure that our products remain competitive and relevant in the market. Requirements
