About The Position
Southwest Florida Christian Academy is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Varsity Head Girls Soccer Coach. This part-time seasonal position is designed for someone who not only possesses a strong background in soccer but also embodies a strong Christian testimony. The ideal candidate will have experience in coaching and a genuine desire to mentor young athletes, helping them develop both their skills on the field and their character off the field. The coach will be responsible for leading the girls' soccer program, fostering a positive team environment, and instilling values of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship in the players. The role requires a commitment to the spiritual and athletic development of the student-athletes, ensuring that they grow in their faith while excelling in their sport. The coach will also be expected to communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration, and to uphold the values and mission of the Southwest Florida Christian Academy.
