About the position

The Business Analyst will support the HES Sales Organization leadership team in enhancing the effectiveness of Salesforce.com, alongside business planning, performance analysis, and market intelligence utilization. This role involves managing strategic initiatives aimed at optimizing internal business processes, maintaining market position, and driving continuous improvement in HES Commercial Excellence platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support the entire HES Sales organization with its use, adaptation, and improvement of Salesforce.com CRM tool
  • Support Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) development benchmarked against industry best practices
  • Develop dashboards utilizing Salesforce.com for regular tracking of key metrics
  • Support strategic planning efforts, quota setting process, and business development opportunities
  • Engage in problem solving, project management, and reporting using Microsoft software

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, or marketing
  • Minimum of three years of advanced utilization of Salesforce.com
  • Minimum of three years of data analysis and systems experience
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus
