About the position

As an SFDC DevOps Lead at Quinnox, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes for Salesforce applications. With a strong emphasis on implementing scalable solutions, you will oversee the end-to-end release process, ensuring that all Salesforce updates transition seamlessly from development through staging to production. Your expertise in Flosum and GitHub tools will be crucial as you manage the CI/CD implementation, leveraging your experience to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our deployment strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of Salesforce applications, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating closely with the Salesforce support team to address any issues. You will also handle sandbox management, including refreshing sandboxes and performing post-refresh activities, ensuring that our development environments are optimized for productivity. Your proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git, will be essential as you manage data loads and verify data integrity using tools like the data loader. At Quinnox, we value strong communication and collaboration skills, as you will work closely with developers, operations teams, and other stakeholders to drive project success. You will also be responsible for conducting monthly calls with the Flosum product team to stay updated on new features and enhancements that can improve our CI/CD processes. Responsibilities

  • Implement scalable CI/CD solutions for Salesforce applications.
  • Manage the end-to-end release process for Salesforce updates.
  • Oversee the CI/CD implementation using Flosum and GitHub tools.
  • Monitor the performance of Salesforce applications and identify areas for improvement.
  • Handle sandbox management, including refreshing sandboxes and post-refresh activities.
  • Grant access to Salesforce orgs based on requirements.
  • Load and verify data using data loader and equivalent tools.
  • Conduct monthly calls with the Flosum product team to discuss new features and upgrades.

Requirements

  • Overall 8+ years of experience in IT services.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing CI/CD processes.
  • Strong experience with Flosum tool for CI/CD management.
  • Mandatory experience in managing Salesforce applications using CI/CD.
  • Good understanding of sandbox management and post-refresh activities.
  • Experience with Salesforce admin concepts.
  • Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with other CI/CD tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce development best practices.
