About the position

The SG&A Analyst role is designed for an experienced finance professional who will operate as an individual contributor within a well-known retail client. This position involves managing SG&A consolidations and collaborating across multiple teams to ensure alignment with financial goals. The role is hybrid, requiring four days a week onsite in Boston, Massachusetts, and focuses on financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage SG&A consolidation ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Leverage strong financial planning acumen to set targets and manage SG&A budgets.
• Support multiple project teams with competing priorities in a complex organizational environment.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis, reporting, and planning support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience including prior SG&A management and budgeting.
• Prior project management and/or AP experience a plus.
• Tech-savvy with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (advanced).
• Collaborative with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively handle competing priorities across multiple project teams in a complex organization.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
