About the position

Graham Technologies is seeking a SharePoint Developer/Administrator to provide expertise in developing and maintaining SharePoint resources for internal and external customers. This role is fully remote and focuses on automating business processes, managing SharePoint incidents, and providing training to users.

Responsibilities

• Expertly automating business processes using SharePoint-based solutions.
• Leveraging SharePoint permissions and integrating sign-on technologies.
• Utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to develop custom reports.
• Using Microsoft Office/VBA expertise to simplify reporting and develop and maintain advanced macros.
• Assessing emerging technologies and tools related to SharePoint.
• Providing advanced troubleshooting of SharePoint issues.
• Generating scheduled and ad hoc SharePoint metrics reports.
• Managing and escalating SharePoint incidents, problems, and change requests as appropriate.
• Providing training to customer staff and partners on using SharePoint solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience.
• Active TS Clearance.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of SharePoint architecture.
• Robust expertise in SharePoint platforms, Nintex Workflow, InfoPath, and SharePoint Designer.
• Proven development ability in Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Studio, and applicable .NET.
• Experience developing web applications to meet 508 accessibility standards.
• Ability to design SharePoint solutions from rough process flows and requirements.
