About the position

The SharePoint & SQL Developer position at Diamond Technology, Inc. is a temporary contract role focused on digital transformation and application modernization for a large public organization. The role involves enhancing SharePoint capabilities and managing internal and external communications, with a strong emphasis on database management and data analysis. The position requires both onsite presence during the onboarding phase and a hybrid work model thereafter, with the potential for increased hours based on project needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing customer-facing and internal solutions tailored to court-related processes.
  • Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical blueprints, diagrams, and documentation.
  • Lead the technical aspects of assigned projects from concept to completion, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SMEs, Business Units, IT, and Business Analysts to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SQL for database management and query optimization.
  • Expertise in data management and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
  • Familiarity with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) software and experience with IVR implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including VBA macros for automation and data analysis.
  • Experience in front-end development using web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Proficiency in designing and consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, and familiarity with on-premises infrastructure (e.g., Oracle databases).

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cloud experience in IVR.
  • Familiarity with on-premises infrastructure.
