About the position

The Accounts Payable Analyst at Andersen Corporation is responsible for supporting the daily processing of complex transactions related to payments to suppliers. This role involves analyzing and resolving discrepancies in accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of enterprise transactions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address unique transaction issues.

Responsibilities

• Process enterprise transactions in a timely and quality manner, consistent with company policies, practices, and processes.
• Perform complex problem solving and execute resolution for discrepancies, missing information, and missing policy approvals.
• Manage system-generated discrepancies from suppliers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with management and analysts to resolve unprocessed or unique transactions and discrepancies.
• Understand basic accounting transactions and solve simple accounting processing issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university; or a minimum of seven years related experience and/or training without a degree.
• Minimum of three years' combined experience in Accounting, Customer Service, and Invoicing with knowledge of best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
