About the position

The Shared Services Admin at Stier Supply Company plays a crucial role in supporting the Support Services team with a strong emphasis on data entry and management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple assignments independently while adhering to deadlines. The role involves utilizing web-based tools to gather and process information, ensuring clear communication across teams, and generating reports to aid decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Utilize web-based tools and applications to gather and process critical information and data.
• Ensure clear communication of information to field and department teams.
• Generate, review, and sustain daily reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and support effective decision-making processes.
• Perform an in-depth review of field takeoffs, ensuring accuracy in materials, quantities, color selections, and trim placements based on customer specifications and preferred options.
• Assist in resolving contract disputes and maintain a large amount of data management.

Requirements

• Proficient with Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and Dropbox.
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to self-motivate in a remote work setting.
• Strong attention to detail, self-accountability, and organizational skills.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential material.

Nice-to-haves

• Reconciliation and/or accounting experience is a plus but is not required.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize time and responsibilities.
