Cintas is seeking a Shared Services Trainer/Lead to support internal partners and external customers through various training activities. This role focuses on ensuring consistency in training new partners, driving team goals, and supporting departmental KPIs. The position also involves covering for supervisors when they are out of the office and conducting quality audits to ensure adherence to procedures and policies. The trainer will be a subject matter expert in one of the Shared Services functional areas such as Accounts Receivable or Customer Experience.
