About the position

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and technology governance processes. This position is crucial for ensuring the effective use of SharePoint to meet business needs and enhance collaboration and productivity across the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the EA SharePoint site using Microsoft Power Tools, while also demonstrating a solid understanding of AWS Services to create Proofs of Concept (POCs) that validate architecture patterns before they are documented on SharePoint. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid or remote work arrangement, allowing candidates to work from home or in the office based on their proximity to office locations and business needs. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship, as the company will not support the STEM OPT I-983 Training Plan endorsement for this position. The role requires a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in SharePoint development, along with AWS/Cloud experience, making it ideal for individuals looking to leverage their technical skills in a dynamic environment.
