About the position
The Point Systems Administrator will be responsible for the installation, administration, and documentation of Point server and other general system administration tasks. This role involves collaborating with internal and external customers and IT teams to ensure effective system management and security implementation.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, integration, configuration, testing documentation, troubleshooting, security implementation, and configuration management of Point and associated technologies.
- Administer policies and standards related to security and technical implementation guidance.
- Maintain system documentation.
Requirements
- Able to effectively collaborate with internal and external customers & IT teams.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience working on a professional IT Team.
- Experience using Point.
- Experience using jQuery, web services, Point, Point workflows, Infopath and other related technologies.
