About the position
CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Foreman to join our team in the greater Stow, OH area. As the nation's largest commercial roofing contractor, we pride ourselves on our dedicated crews who are highly trained and experienced in the installation and service of all major roof systems, with a strong focus on safety. This position offers a competitive salary starting at $80,000, depending on experience, and provides solid career opportunities with a large backlog of work and fantastic growth potential. In this role, you will lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 individuals in field applications, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with the field supervisor to maintain effective communication with customers and management. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing paperwork, including time sheets, and ensuring compliance with CentiMark's safety policies. Responsibilities
- Lead and train a crew of 5 to 6 people in field applications.
- Communicate effectively with customers and management alongside the field supervisor.
- Manage paperwork and time sheets for the crew.
- Ensure compliance with CentiMark safety policies.
- Oversee the installation and service of commercial roofing systems.
Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in Commercial Roofing.
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
- Experience with Metal Roofing Systems.
- A valid state driver's license in good standing and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to a minimum height of 25 feet.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and out-of-town travel as required.
